Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy Realis Authentic

To ensure a clear and seamless experience for our valued customers, we have outlined our policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds below. Please read through the following terms carefully.


1. Return Policy

At Realis Authentic, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:


Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we regret that we will be unable to process any returns or issue refunds.
  • Condition of Returned Items: To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
    • Must be unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
    • Must include all original tags, labels, and accessories (e.g., manuals, warranties, etc.).
    • Items that have been worn, washed, used, or show any signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for a return. Items with missing or damaged packaging may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. Acceptable proof includes an order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email our customer service team at SupportAssistance@realisauthentic.com within the return window. Please provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details regarding the item you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the return address and any applicable instructions. Returns must be authorized by Realis Authentic before being sent back.
  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or was shipped incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Inspection & Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.


Defective or Damaged Items

If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (not the item you ordered), please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs, and a full refund or exchange will be issued based on your preference.


Important Legal Information

  • Consumer Protection Rights: This return policy is provided in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Massachusetts state law and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for online purchases. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your legal rights or remedies.

2. Final Sale Items

At Realis Authentic, we offer a selection of Final Sale items that are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. These items typically include exclusive, limited-edition, or collectible products. Please review the following important information regarding these items:


Eligible Final Sale Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Exclusive Products: Items released in limited quantities or as part of a special collection.
  • All Trading Cards: Due to the nature of trading cards, they are classified as Final Sale once purchased.
  • Limited-Time Items: Products offered for a limited period, often at a discounted price, or as part of a promotional event.

Final Sale Items typically include:

  • Limited edition products or collectibles
  • Items with limited stock availability
  • Products that have been discounted as part of a special sale or promotion


Reason for Final Sale Status

Final sale items are sold under special terms to maintain fairness and protect the integrity of products. These items often have the following characteristics:

  • Limited quantities: Once sold out, these items will not be restocked.
  • Exclusive offerings: These items are unique or one-time offers, often tied to specific events or promotions.
  • Discounted or promotional pricing: To prevent abuse of return or exchange policies, discounted or special promotion items are typically considered final sale.

Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns, or process refunds to ensure the fairness and integrity of the transaction for all customers. Once a purchase is made, these products are considered final.


Customer Acknowledgement

By purchasing a Final Sale item, customers explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds: These products are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Responsibility to Inspect: Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect all Final Sale items upon receipt to ensure the item meets their expectations. Any issues must be reported to our customer service team within 5 day of receiving the product for possible resolutions within the boundaries of applicable laws.
  • Sale Terms: Discounts or special offers applied to Final Sale items are considered part of the agreement. Any request for a return or refund based on dissatisfaction with the discount or offer will not be accepted.


No Exception for Final Sale Status

Please note that no exceptions will be made to the Final Sale status of these items. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or model selection
  • Product dissatisfaction that arises after the purchase


3. Exchange Policy

At Realis Authentic, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you received an item and need a size or color exchange, we are happy to assist as long as the following conditions are met.


Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Exchange Window: Exchange requests must be initiated within 21 days from the date of purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered for an exchange.
  2. Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged state. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included. Any item that shows signs of wear, has been washed, or is missing packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must accompany the exchange request. Without proof of purchase, exchanges will not be accepted.


Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow the steps below:

    • Your order number and a copy of your proof of purchase.
    • The reason for the exchange (e.g., size, color).
    • The item you wish to exchange and the replacement item you would like to receive (size, color, etc.).


  1. Return Instructions: Once we receive your exchange request, we will review it and provide instructions on how to return the original item. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs associated with sending back the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  3. Shipping of Replacement Item: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your exchange. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item, and it will be shipped to the address provided in your original order.


Non-Eligible Items for Exchange

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Final Sale items (as per our Final Sale Policy).
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Personalized or custom products.


Important Legal Information

  • Exchange Condition: Items returned for exchange must be in their original, unused condition. Any items showing signs of wear or damage upon return may not be eligible for exchange or may be subject to a partial exchange (such as offering a replacement item of lesser value).
  • Restocking Fees: In certain circumstances, we may charge a restocking fee for exchanges if the item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return/exchange criteria.   • No Exchange for Changed Mind: We do not offer exchanges for items based solely on a change of mind, unless the size, color, or other eligible exchange condition applies.
  • Updated or Modified Policies: Realis Authentic reserves the right to update or modify this Exchange Policy at any time. Any changes will apply to future purchases and will be posted on our website.

4. Refunds

Realis Authentic strives to provide the best customer experience, and we are committed to handling refunds in a fair and transparent manner. Refunds will be processed for eligible returns under the following terms and conditions:


Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be issued for items that are returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or washed, or have missing packaging or tags, are not eligible for a full refund and may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, or any items marked as non-refundable, or clearance items are not eligible for a refund.


Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable or cannot be processed, a store credit may be offered as an alternative, upon the customer's request and agreement.
  • In the case of a store credit, the value will be equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item, minus any applicable restocking or processing fees.


Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected by our returns team. The processing time may vary depending on the payment method or financial institution.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement due to processing times from the payment provider or bank.


Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect as per the original order. In such cases, Realis Authentic will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For returns not due to an error on our part, shipping fees are non-refundable.


Condition of Returned Items:

  • We inspect all returned items for compliance with our return policy. Any items that are returned in a condition not in line with our guidelines (such as worn, damaged, missing parts, or without original packaging) may be subject to a partial refund or an outright denial of the return request.
  • In the event of a partial refund, the amount refunded will be based on the condition of the item, as determined by our inspection team. We reserve the right to provide evidence of the inspection result.


Discretionary Rights:

  • Realis Authentic reserves the right to refuse any return or refund if we believe that the return is in violation of our return policy, including but not limited to fraudulent returns or returns from customers who have a pattern of excessive returns.
  • We may, at our sole discretion, offer a store credit or exchange instead of a refund in certain cases where we determine it appropriate.


Notification of Refund Decision:

  • After inspection of the returned item(s), customers will be notified via email regarding the approval or denial of the refund. If a refund is approved, the original payment method will be credited within the outlined processing time.
